Step 1 — Know Your Phone Model
The first thing you need is your exact phone model name. Not just 'Samsung' or 'Tecno' — the specific model. For Samsung: Galaxy A55, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Note 20, etc. For Tecno: Camon 30, Spark 20, Phantom X2, etc. For iPhone: iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15, iPhone 13, etc. You can find your model name in your phone settings under 'About Phone' or on the box your phone came in.
